Rise Up Teen Summit: Certified Lover, Certified Crashout

Get ready to dive into real conversations about relationships, emotional awareness, and healthy communication.Hosted in partnership with the Miami-Dade Economic Advocacy Trust and LondonAid Project, this teen talk creates a safe, youth centered space for teens 12-18 to share experiences, learn from one another, and build stronger communication skills through guided discussion and intersctive activities.

Why is this important?
The Certified Lover, Certified Crashout theme reflects real moments many teens experience when navigating relationships, emotions, and communication. Through this teen talk, the Miami-Dade Economic Advocacy Trust (MDEAT) creates space for youth to explore how emotional awareness, reactions, and decision making can influence relationships and personal growth.

As part of MDEAT's commitment to youth development and community empowerment, this event supports teens in strengthening communication skills, building emotional awareness, and making informed choices in everyday lives. Guided conversations and interactive activities encourage participants to reflect on emotional triggers, understand how reactions affect outcomes, annd practice healthier ways to respond.

Hosted in partnership with The LondonAid Project, this teen talk aligns with MDEAT's mission to connect youth to supportive environments, open conversations, and community resources that promote long-term well being for youth in our community.
