About this Event
Hey Bronx youth, ages 10-24! Join us for a fun and engaging workshop that focuses on the importance of health screen-time habits and the impact of social media on mental health. We'll explore the science behind how our screen time hours combined with apps like Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat affect our brain, learn what digital wellness is and why it's important, and reflect on how we can practice healthy digital habits in our lives.
