SURRENDER

We all carry old stories, past hurts, and beliefs that no longer serve us. Sometimes, we cling to them so tightly that they shape our present and cloud our vision for the future. Or, we struggle with letting go of things that are beyond our control, adding unnecessary stress and tension to our lives. This event, “Surrender,” is an invitation to let go, to surrender what no longer serves you, and to open up to the freedom and joy that’s waiting on the other side.

During this two-hour session, we’ll journey together through three powerful elements:

• Body (led by Gaby): Through a surrender-focused yoga practice, we’ll use movement to release physical tension and connect with our breath, helping you find release and presence in your body.
  
• Soul (led by Melody): A soulful meditation on surrender, helping you anchor into a deeper sense of acceptance and openness.
  
• Mind (led by Melissa): In this guided workshop, you’ll have the opportunity to uncover what you’re holding onto from the past and what might be the blocking beliefs that are currently keeping you stuck. Reflect, release, and gain clarity on what you’re ready to surrender so you can move forward with confidence.
