Come relax, tune inward and find your breath in this 30-minute easy-does-it yoga class. We will be flowing slowly through traditional Hatha Yoga postures performed in a sequence, along with some deeper stretches and quiet meditation. Geared towards all levels of Yoga enthusiasts.
