Placer County Wellness Fair Workshop: Public Health - Less Anxiety and Better Sleep Without W**d

The workshop will provide knowledge of how cannabis interferes with critical restorative sleep processes and mental health. It will enhance awareness of potential symptoms from transitioning away from cannabis use. Attendees will learn how to develop a plan to effectively cope with challenges and assist with a successful transition, while improving restorative sleep and mental wellness.
