This event in May begins with a gentle, guided forest bathing session around the walled garden, we take our steps with mindfulness and pause for meditation. We will then gather on our mats with cosy blankets, pillow and eye pillow for our crystal bowl soundbath. letting the sounds bathe the body and mind in calm and relaxation; it can help you switch off, release negativity, tension, stress and anxiety, and help you rebalance, rest & reconnect. We end the evening with either a hot drink and sweet treat, or a Buddha bowl, vegetarian and meat options available and alternative options may be arranged.

Buddha bowl ingredients may vary but usually contain mixed leaves, quinoa, pomegranate seeds, avocado and optional meat option.

No experience is necessary and we will be providing all the equipment too.
