Hey Ladies ???? Sister Circle is back ! This our last event for 2023
Sister Circle is an event for women of colour to release through movement , break bread together with some good food and discuss important topics affects women of colour in a room full of like minded women.

??Our movement intention??- RnB in heels for the soul
* Heels are optional , no dance experience required *
Movement will be lead by the phenomenal Jonna Abrams who truly needs no introduction.
She is dance instructor with abundance of knowledge in many styles , credits from some of biggest artist and created a safe space in the dance community for female dancehall with her winengrind program and Soulizm Pop ups. You will leave feeling renewed and embracing movement.
Little about what to expect ....
We will begin the session with movement designed to celebrate your body , embrace being present , self confidence and release.
Following the workshop we will brunch and discuss an important topic to be announced closer to the day.
