Welcome to Prague Integration's Wellbeing Event, an opportunity to reclaim your well-being on February 17th at 10 AM in our office at Mezibranská 4.Cold, grey days, a disrupted work-life balance, and uncertainty can take a toll on our mental health and overall well-being. We invite you to join us for an event designed to help you harmonise your mind and body.
We've enhanced our program to include body movement, mindfulness practices, and a yoga session. We'll also provide you with a selection of fresh fruits, healthy snacks, and tea to keep you energised throughout the day.
Our experienced team of experts will guide you through each activity, ensuring a positive and enriching experience.
Meet our Team:
* Dana Kockova: Mental Health Counsellor and Psychotherapist
* Daniel Espitia: Mental Health Counsellor, Psychotherapist, and Mindfulness Teacher
* Jenny Nevidal: Yoga Teacher and Mindfulness Teacher
Program Structure -
* 9:45.-10.00: Tea/coffee and socialising
* 10.00 - 10.15: Team introductions and introductions to their activities
* 10.15-10.30: Introduction of participants
* 10.30 - 10.40: Setting intentions for the new year through writing and drawing.
* 10.40 - 10.50: Short meditation for intention
* 10:50- 11.00: Break
* 11.00-11.30: Grounding and Body Flow with Dana
* 11.30-12.00: Mindful Movement with Jenny.
* 12.00-12.10: Break
* 12:10- 12:40: Inner Movement Meditation with Daniel
* 12:40 - 12.50: Sharing
* 12.50-1.00: Closure and farewell.
