First we have a gorgeous workshop where you will use dried flower to make a fabulous crescent moon wreath.
Followed by Pilates with DD Fitness where you will awaken, energise and strengthen your body.
You will then enjoy some refreshments before a relaxation soundbath session with Lunar moon soundbath….
