Join us for StrongHER – Outdoor Midlife Movement Class with KickSpark WholeBody Wellness on Saturday, May 16 at 10 am. This class is free thanks to our presenting sponsor, UToledo Health.
StrongHER blends functional fitness and resistance training in a supportive environment, right inside the beautiful Cliffs Great Lakes Maritime Park at the National Museum of the Great Lakes. Click here to register.
