Step into an immersive waterfront experience designed to help you reset, recharge, and reconnect.

Wellness at the Water is an immersive waterfront experience celebrating women through movement, mindfulness, beauty, and connection.

Set against the HarborWalk Village backdrop, guests will flow through curated wellness zones designed to move, restore, and inspire-from empowering fitness classes and intentional talks to recovery experiences, wellness vendors, and coastal indulgences.

The day builds into a community celebration toast overlooking the harbor, with an elevated VIP beachfront experience for guests continuing the journey along the coast.

Guests will leave feeling reset, recharged, and deeply connected.

9:00 AM: Check-In Opens / Event Begins
9:15 AM: Opening Welcome Yoga Stretch
9:45 AM – 2:00 PM: Wellness Zones Active
1:00 PM – 2:00 PM: Closing Experience + Community Celebration Toast

All ticket holders will receive:
• A Wellness at the Water branded tote bag
• A Wellness at the Water yoga mat
• Access to all wellness zones throughout the event (come and go freely)
• Small gifts and samples from wellness vendors in the Indulge Zone

Please note: Spa and chiropractic services in the Revive Zone are available on a first come, first served basis.

VIP Experience

VIP guests receive everything included with General Admission, plus:
• Exclusive boat shuttle access to a reserved beachfront escape throughout the afternoon (Noon to 5PM)
• A guided beach yoga experience in a private coastal setting at 1pm at the private beach
• Reserved beach chairs, umbrellas, and complimentary refreshments

A grounding opening experience on the Lawn featuring gentle stretch, breathwork, and sound therapy designed to center the mind and body. This shared moment sets the tone for a day of intention, connection, and presence.

A live female DJ will bring an uplifting, feel-good energy to the space, playing a mix of light, fun music between sessions to keep the atmosphere vibrant and engaging.

Info: 12:00 PM – Afternoon | Private Beach Escape

VIP guests will receive exclusive access to a reserved private beach area beginning at 12:00 PM and continuing throughout the afternoon.

The experience includes a guided beach yoga session at 1PM, reserved beach chairs and umbrellas, and complimentary refreshments. Guests are invited to relax and enjoy the beachfront space at their own pace following programming for a peaceful coastal wind-down along the Emerald Coast.
