Wellness & Worship is not just a class — it’s a sacred reset for your spirit, soul, and body. At The Fitness Collective, we believe true wellness is whole-being wellness. That means we move physically, yes — but we also regulate the nervous system, create safety in the body, and make space for God to restore what stress has strained.
Through intentional movement, breathwork, prayer, reflection, and community, we shift from survival mode into alignment. Expect grounding somatic movement, gentle strength-building, worship, and moments of stillness that allow your body to exhale.
