Safe Haven Women's Organisation is a Wellness & Trauma Recovery Centre For Women In South-East London.

We are officially open for business this Saturday at 2-4pm. We work with charities and women that have faced childhood trauma such as sexual abuse, domestic abuse, mental health and body dysmorphia.

Here in a comfortable and supportive environment, we offer South-East London women a highly personalized approach for each of our clients' individual needs to help them attain the personal growth they’re striving for.

The services we offer women in the centre are peer support & counselling, psychotherapy, therapy for depression and anxiety, stress management, addiction & recovery, spiritual counselling, domestic violence counselling, employability skills, business start-up support– workshops & coaching.

Women in the centre will do activities such as storytelling, arts & crafts painting, fun games, music & dance and group activities.
