Build momentum mid-month with community, caffeine, and restorative wellness. Wellness & Co-Working Wednesdayis a free, come-and-go workday at Blissful Alchemists with locally loved Rise & Grind coffee on site and a bite-sized wellness meetup in our Salt Room. Each month, we spotlight a new modality or theme to support your focus, creativity, and well-being.
Schedule
- 9:00–11:30 AM: Rise & Grind Coffee Bar (for purchase)
- 9:00 AM–2:00 PM: Free Co-Working (Wi-Fi, outlets, communal tables, calm ambiance)
- 10:00-11:00 AM: Salt Room Wellness Meetup (guided intro + practical tips + Q&A)
