Why:
The Wellness and Emotional Resilience course is a specialized program created exclusively for first responders in our nation, along with their immediate family members. When a first responder enrolls in the course, one adult family member, who must be at least 18 years old, can attend the program free of charge.
The Force Science Wellness and Emotional Resilience course focuses on promoting first responders’ well-being by providing strategies for practical behavioral changes and emphasizing the importance of self-care. The program aims to minimize job-related physical and psychological issues by encouraging health-focused behaviors and turning wellness and resilience into essential lifestyle changes.
