Outer Banks Health offers free wellness screenings, which include blood pressure, heart rate, cholesterol, blood sugar, and body mass index, as well as health coaching. A1C screenings, which measure a person’s blood glucose level over the past three months, will also be available. Appointments are highly recommended and take priority.
