Join us for Wellness After Hours ✨ An evening of yoga and sound healing in a candlelit studio designed to help you unwind, release, and reset. This is your invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, and soften your nervous system in the warmth of community and gentle, glowing light.

Move through a slow, heated flow and deep stretch sequence that welcomes every level of yogi. Settle into stillness as the vibrations of a live sound bath wash over you, melting away stress and restoring balance. A night created to nourish your body, calm your mind, and support deep restoration, after dark.

For those who would like to extend the experience, HydrateMe is offering curated IV and vitamin support services following class.
