A safe space, a link to support, community and spiritual guidance through the use of meditation incorporating sound and drum journeying taking you into unseen realms to meet with guides and spirit helpers. Song, toning and mantra are brought in to support us as we channel our personal power through song and sound, giving to and receiving a sonic hug from the group. Drum healing is incorporatedthrough the use of different beats and you are invited to bring your own Shamanic drum to circle if you have one.

We will also offer space to come together for a cup of something warm, a slice of cake and a good chat!
