About this Event
🇬🇧 Overview
Your body is a living archive—a map of rhythms, transitions, and memories that belongs only to you.
For too long, the stories of our physical changes have been narrated by others: through the cold, clinical lens of medicine or the unrealistic, silent ideals of classical art.
This talk is an invitation to reclaim that story. It is a radical space to stop, breathe, and finally name your experience in your own voice, within a community that listens.
This is a Storytelling Circle where the exchange of experiences happens simultaneously with the act of creation. No previous art experience is required; we use art as a "silent language" that often speaks more fluently than words.
We will talk about:
• Body Cycles: Re-naming our experiences of menstruation, pregnancy, menopause, or illness. We move away from clinical taboos to find our own personal meaning in these biological transitions.
• Territory & Migration: How do we inhabit a body that has traveled? We explore the intersection of body and territory, especially for those of us occupying spaces—like new countries or professional fields—not always designed for women.
• Labor & the "Invisible Muse": Exploring our identity in the workplace and at home. We ask: "Who am I when I am not caregiving? Am I seen? Am I heard?"

She is the founder of the social media project: Linda en la Luna, a space for outreach and reflection on graphic art, the cyclic body, and creativity.
