About this Event
This weekly session will be led by Arietta Chandis, an artist and anthropologist by training whose work explores the connectivity between individuals, communities, and nature. We will immerse ourselves in a day of creativity, exploring a variety of drawing techniques and styles while practising mindfulness and connectivity with the natural environment.
True Ambassadors are excited to invite you to our regular Wellbeing Sessions, which are held every week at the newly refurbished Plaistow Community Centre on 63 Queen's Road.
These sessions are part of True Ambassadors' Health & Wellbeing for All Project, winner of the Newham Council £20,000 People Powered Places Grant to deliver community events and engagements, and supported by academic collaborators from University College London and Anglia Ruskin University.
