On this wonderful Wellbeing Retreat Day, we gather as a small group to rest, turn inward and embrace the seasonal and energetic changes.Take time to replenish your energetic reserves and connect with like minded women in the beautiful surrounds of the Wisdom Centre in Romsey.
Throughout the day we focus on meditation, mindfulness, relaxation and healing through oracle card pulling, an energy focused workshop and a craft session and we finish the day with a beautiful sound bath.
The day is fully catered to allow you to completely relax, including tea and coffee breaks and a 2 course lunch, and a lovely slice of cake to ground us after the sound bath!
