Your Leisure is delivering wellbeing activities suitable for the over 55's in partnership with Social Enterprise Kent and Kent County Council.
Yin yoga is based on poses that are held from between a minute, three or five minutes in order to allow deep connective tissues like the joints, fascia & ligaments to release. Because of this the practice is very gentle and slow which prepares you for a deep meditative state. Poses are predominately seated or lying and based around a study of the animal kingdom. Charlotte will guide you through this hour's journey with gentle music and you will expedience a mental andphysical release , which in turn helps support your emotional health and wellbeing.
Yin yoga can have such a positive impact on your physical and emotional health.Charlotte will make you feel cool and calm in a very friendly environment and adapt exercises to your needs.
