Your Leisure is delivering wellbeing activities suitable for the over 55's in partnership with Social Enterprise Kent and Kent County Council.

Do you suffer with painful joints as a result of Arthritis? This can really help, in many ways.

Regular physical activity is especially important for people with arthritis, who often have decreased muscle strength.

It can enhance the immune functioning system and can also contribute to greater overall health.

Yoga is a safe and effective way to increase physical activity that also has important psychological benefits due to its meditative nature.

Amanda our Yoga teacher is fully qualified and fully understanding of individual abilities, this is a small class to add the make it more personal for you.
