YOUR GUIDE:
Kristin Fredricksson has been facilitating Feldenkrais Method workshops since 2005, working in theatre, drama and art schools and with all ages and abilities. She doesn't play by the rules; she rewires them - in performance, writing, teaching and play. Her fearless spirit and sensitivity to the strain in the status quo lead her fungal fingers to feel the places that need to change. With a heart for ritual inside a body of science, she explores the intricate nuances of Feldenkrais and creative practice, uncovering insights & practices that work; they are evidence-based and rooted in centuries of exploration and refinement.
