We are Wellbeing for Women group — a small, supportive circle created to nurture connection, self-awareness, and personal growth.
Meeting every two weeks for 1.5 hours, this semi-structured group explores a different theme each session, focusing on topics such as emotional wellbeing, resilience, self-care, boundaries, communication, self-worth, and building healthier relationships with ourselves and others.
This is a safe and welcoming space where women from all walks of life can reflect, share, and learn together. Sessions include guided discussion and practical tools, with the freedom to participate at your own pace — there is no pressure to speak.
We meet on alternate Tuesdays between 6-7.30 pm. Due to limited spaces, booking is necessary.
Free tea, coffee and biscuits.
