For people professionals, balancing support for employees and the business while prioritising our own wellbeing is crucial.

Join us for an engaging and thought-provoking session designed for people professionals navigating today’s fast-changing world of work. Together, we will explore the key challenges shaping our profession and share practical ways to respond with confidence and agility.

This interactive session blends expert insight with small-group discussions, giving you the chance to exchange ideas and experiences with fellow professionals.

We will also introduce a selection of coaching models you can take away and apply in your day-to-day role, supporting your growth and enhancing the impact you make at work.

About the speaker

Karen has over twenty years experience in people and culture, most recently senior director roles with international law firms. Now running her own business Karen is a dual qualified Executive Coach and Psychotherapist:

● EMCC Senior Practitioner

● Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling

● Member BACP

● Autism informed practitioner

● MA Human Resource Management
