7-8 pm: Face Yoga
Services are offered freely; if you wish, a donation may be made to your practitioner or to the Momentum Center as a token of appreciation.
Service Description:
This style of yoga will get your blood flowing into your face with various poses, like legs up the wall. Exercises will focus on the face and head with a body/head scan. This will be a fun and interesting yoga session!
