Embodied Emotions is an experiential journey designed to help you identify, process, and release stored emotions through intentional movement, breathwork, touch-based practices, and guided emotional inquiry.
Through a blend of hands-on bodywork, physical and emotional mapping, and energy work to tap into your Inner Physician you will learn how emotions are stored in the body, how to interpret the subtle (and not-so-subtle) signals your physical self uses to communicate, and how to help your body heal.
