Join us for an exciting card game session where we'll play Gro! and/or Beantastic.

The GRO! Card game takes you on a journey of self-discovery and strategy to rediscover your values and working style. On the other hand, the Beantastic card game helps you reflect on the different events you have experienced, thereby exploring different coping strategies.

These fun and interactive games will help you explore stress management, build resilience, and practise empathy. Through engaging activities, you'll learn new coping strategies, deepen self-awareness, and strengthen your ability to connect with others.
