Week 1: Intro and Diagnostics (6 May)
Kick off your journey to better wellbeing with our in-person session! Week 1 is all about getting to know the program and understanding your unique needs through a fun and informative diagnostic. Come ready to explore, connect, and set the foundation for a more structured approach to your life.
We look at the layers that make up the human operating system and the interconnected parts within ourselves, with our families, our friends and the people we work with. We workshop each layer over 8 weeks to redesign your wellbeing together!
