Welcome to Well Rise—a new monthly mat series held every last Saturday at 1 PM in our Clarkson studio (205 Clarkson Ave). Rooted in connection, care, and community, this class is your invitation to slow down, tune in, and rise into the weekend with intention.

This space—Fringe Pilates—is a small, Black-owned studio built for those who love and heal on the fringes. Your presence here matters, and your donation helps us keep this space accessible, affirming, and sustainable.
