In this free guided hike, families can hit the trails while learning about amazing local plants and animals, and how the park changes in the colder weather.
Afterwards, join us for a nature craft and themed activities!
Date: December 21
Time: 10am - 12 pm (The hike will start at approximately 10:10 am)
Meeting Point: VCPA Garden and Compost Site
- We'll be outside the whole time; dress appropriately for the weather
- All children must be accompanied by an adult
- Recommended for ages 3+.
- Participants must be able to travel on unpaved, uneven trails for up to a mile
- Strollers/bikes/scooters can be left at our garden space during the duration of our hike
- Friendly and well-behaved pets on leashes are welcome!
