About this Event
This afternoon session will be based on some of the foundational practices and priciples of Unified Mindfulness, developed by Shinzen Young. We'll learn and practice techniques that help us discover, untangle, and appreciate what's present in our experience right now. We'll also discuss how this framework of understanding how meditation works can free us from conditioning and reactivity and allow us to choose how and to what we want to give our attention, on and off the cushion!
Who is this workshop meant for?
Anyone and everyone!
- This workshop will give you foundational tools for lifelong practice.
- This session may help bring more clarity, depth, and intention to your existing practice.

If you already have experience with UM:

This is a chance to reconnect with the fundamentals and go deep, with the benefit of guided practice, interactive support and group Q&A.
