Training for Churches and Community projects -to become more effective in helping and including those with significant needs.In recent years churches and projects like foodbanks or warm spaces have been opening their doors to a much wider community, which is wonderful. This has meant that those initiatives have often found themselves trying to welcome quite vulnerable families and trying to support people with challenging issues.
This training aims to equip churches and community projects to become effective in helping and including those with significant needs – to help the church be good news for everyone.
A choice of afternoon or evening session is offered to make the training available to as many people as possible. If you have time, you can come to both sessions to benefit from the full choice of training. Details about the topics covered can be found on our Eventbrite page, but include:
