By attending this event (“the Event”) hosted by Night Frights LA, all participants, attendees, staff, filmmakers, and volunteers (“Attendees”) acknowledge:

RELEASE: Attendees release, discharge, and hold harmless the Event organizers from any liability, claims, or demands due to negligence or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

MEDICAL TREATMENT: In case of injury or emergency, Attendees consent to medical treatment as deemed necessary, understanding organizers assume no responsibility for costs or outcomes.
