Queso fundido: melted Monterey and Oaxaca cheeses, spiced up with chorizo, tomato, onion and poblano peppers. Served with tortilla chips and lime wedges in a mini cast iron.
Chicken tortilla soup: shredded chicken breast in a spicy tomato broth with peppers, onions and garlic. Garnished with tortilla strips, and lime wedges
