Join us for an empowering morning of faith, fitness, and sisterhood as Trinity Moves and Holy Girl Walks Atlanta come together for a one-of-a-kind Weights & Worship experience!
This isn’t just a workout - it’s a wellness revival. We’re blending strength training, worship, and reflection to remind women that our bodies are vessels of His glory and movement is an act of praise.
Together, we’ll lift more than weights, we’ll lift our spirits, our sisters, and our worship to God.
