This is not a seminar. It is a coached intensive — structured, hands-on, and capped at 16 athletes so that every participant receives direct attention and leaves with a personalised prescription.
Over two full days, Hillary Tran works with you through the mechanics that most coaching misses: how the spine organises the lift, how the nervous system holds or breaks down under load, and how technique built in ideal conditions falls apart when real life enters the picture.
The weekend is built around a single unifying principle: Centre of Gravity (COG) — the hub of all power and movement, on which everything depends. Every drill, every progression, and every accessory prescription flows from this.

DAY 1: Positional strength, spinal control, and the mechanics of the pull

• WeckMethod warm-up: internal and external rotation, grounding through hamstring and heel pressure
• Slow deadlift drill with isometric holds to build positional awareness
• Projectile mechanics and catch positions
• Hang power and rhythm work
• Snatch and clean application with small-group feedback

DAY 2 : Overhead mechanics, jerk footwork, and personalised prescription
