Join us on Wednesdays and discover how to use weight training as a wonderful way to keep fit in later life. Boost your heart health, improve your balance & posture, and strengthen your bones. We will target different parts of the body each week, and you will learn about the various muscle groups and how they can be improved through weight training. This class is £4 per session. Limited places are available so please book in advance. Different size weights are available but we recommend you bring your own to avoid disappointment.
