About this Event
Join us for an evening of live performance, artist dialogue, open museum access, and reception as Shangri La transforms into a site for connection, reflection, and cultural exchange.
After ten days of creative exchange, experimentation, and collaboration, six Native Hawaiian artists will share works developed during the residency through performance, conversation, and gathering across Shangri Laβs creative campus.
Rooted in Indigenous knowledge and shaped through contemporary performance and emerging technologies, Wehiwehi creates space for artists to build community, take creative risks, and imagine new futures for Native Hawaiian storytelling.
