Join us at Cafe Berlin to kick off #WeekWithoutDriving (September 29-October 5)! Participants and supporters can get to know one another, learn more about the Week Without Driving Challenge, and discuss strategies for moving around town without a personal vehicle this week.
First and foremost, this will be a celebration of everyone who has signed up for #WeekWithoutDriving! From 5:00-6:00 pm, you can enjoy food from Cafe Berlin on us! We will have a light program for the evening that will end with an activity for participants to take with them to share the importance of WWD with others.

If this is your first introduction to a #WeekWithoutDriving, it’s a national initiative to raise awareness of the daily mobility barriers that non-drivers encounter. Volunteer participants pledge not to drive a personal vehicle for seven days while attempting to maintain a regular schedule as much as possible. Civic leaders and elected officials are invited to join in, to promote a transportation system that serves all people, regardless of age, income, or ability.
