Rooted in Vinyasa, my classes offer a chance to step away and find a place of calm. Offered in English, they are dynamic but for all levels from beginners through to intermediate practitioners. Music moves through each session, gently supporting and uplifting the practice. Classes are joyful, inviting you to connect mind and body and to return to the present moment.
The studio provides a refined and peaceful setting to practice, unwind, and reconnect.
