This yoga practice brings together hatha and yin yoga with the cycles and themes of the Christian liturgical year.Series 5: The season of Easter is a time to celebrate the gifts of spring and the promises of God’s reign. Our practice will focus on breathwork and feature standing poses.
Registration is required for this seven-session series. Single sessions are $15, or register for the entire series at the reduced price of $13/session.
