This yoga practice brings together hatha and yin yoga with the cycles and themes of the Christian liturgical year.Series 3: In the depth of winter, we long for light, and Epiphany helps us embrace the gifts of mystery and the holiness of darkness even as we search for the Light. Our practice will feature yin poses and moon salutations.
Registration is required for this seven-session series. Single sessions are $15, or register for the entire series at the reduced price of $13/session.
