About this Event
Join MySoulSpace every Wednesday evening at True You Collective for a grounding, restorative sound bath designed to support relaxation, nervous system regulation, and overall well-being.
Using sound and vibration — including crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and tuning forks — each session offers a calm, immersive experience that helps the body shift out of stress and into a more balanced state. Sound baths are supported by both ancient traditions and modern research on the nervous system and brainwave activity.
This is a non-religious, accessible practice open to everyone. No prior experience is needed — simply come as you are and allow yourself to rest and reset midweek.
Location: We will be meeting on the 3rd floor in Suite 303. Please use the stairs in the center of the building after entering. (Please note there is no elevator in the building.)
Time: Please arrive a few minutes early to settle in. The sound bath will begin promptly at 6:30 PM
What to Bring: Some light comfort is provided, but please bring anything that will help you feel fully supported and comfortable— yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye covering, bolster, water, etc.
Space is limited. Registration is required to reserve your spot.
