Hi Friends! Our clinic hosts a free weekly walking group, meeting at 11am on Saturdays and walking for roughly 45mins. For the winter, we'll walk at the indoor walking track at Joe Thornton Arena in St. Thomas. In good weather we walk outdoors when we can. .
If you can join us, please send us a message to let us know you'll be joining us so we can watch for you!

For those new to the arena, take the stairs at the main entrance to the right side and we will meet at the main door area of the right-side rink.
