Welcome to the Weekly Strength.Run.Social (SRS) Club!
Our mission is to build mental and physical strength through a community that trains with intention, shows up consistently and understands that recovery is part of performance.
Join us every Saturday at 11:00 AM for an athletic active recovery session designed to keep you moving, sharpen mechanics and support your training. Not break you down. We’re all about purposeful work that leaves you feeling better, stronger, and ready for the week ahead.
Whether you’re a competitive athlete, a regular trainer or someone looking to move with structure and intent, everyone is welcome! Bring a friend, connect with driven people and put in quality work together. Train smart, recover well and keep progressing. See you Saturday!
