Welcome everybody to the event Silent Meditation Practice!
Monday Afternoon Weekly (10 week) afternoon from 1:00pm - 1:45pm, from January 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th February 2th, 9th, 16th, 23th; March 2nd, 9th
We will practice meditation in silence for about 40 minutes. This event is suitable for people who have experiences for meditation and studying meditation courses. However, you are welcome to try with us and if you have any questions about meditation, you can ask after the meditation session.
Please notice that our location now is 1834 Danforth Avenue, Toronto, ON M4C 1H8

Please arrive about 10 minutes before the event to help yourself install comfortably.
