League Days & Tournament Start Times
Gettysburg League
• Mondays
• Weekly Tournament begins at 4:30 PM
Hanover League
• Sundays
• Weekly Tournament begins at 5:30 PM
How League Works
• Play Pokémon every week
• Earn 1 official Pokémon League promo pack per week
• Earn your pack by participating in the weekly tournament AND/OR completing three casual matches
• Attend each week to work toward the monthly bonus promo pack
• Players may miss one week per month and still receive the bonus pack
• Maximum of 5 packs per month (4 weekly + 1 bonus)
Membership Options
1. League Membership – $20/month (per store)
Includes:
• Entry to all League Days at that store
• Eligible for up to 5 promo packs per month
• Weekly tournament entry included
• $3 discount on:
– Pokémon Cups
– Pokémon Prereleases
– Pokémon Challenges
2. Premium Membership – $35/month (covers both stores)
Includes:
• Full access to both Gettysburg & Hanover Leagues
• Promo pack eligibility at both stores
• Bonus pack eligibility at both stores
• Tournament entry included at both stores
• $3 discounts at both stores on:
– Cups
– Prereleases
– Challenges
3. Weekly Entry Option – $8 per League Day
Includes:
• Entry for that day
• One League promo pack (earned through participation)
• Weekly tournament entry
• Does not include discounts
• Not eligible for the monthly bonus pack
Weekly League Tournament
• Standard format
• Best-of-1
• 30-minute rounds
• Three rounds total
Entry:
• Included for Monthly Members
• Included for Premium Members
• Included for Weekly $6 players
Prize Pool:
• $5 from each player goes into the store credit prize pool
Store Credit Payout:
• 1st: 50%
• 2nd: 30%
• 3rd: 10%
• 4th: 10%
(Prizes scale with attendance.)
How to Earn Your Weekly Promo Pack
Each week, complete one or more of the following:
• Play in the Weekly Tournament
OR
• Complete three casual matches
If you participate and have paid for that week, you earn your weekly pack.
Monthly Bonus Promo Pack
League Members (Monthly or Premium):
• May miss one week and still earn the bonus
• Must attend:
– 3 out of 4 weeks in a 4-week month
– 4 out of 5 weeks in a 5-week month
• Must complete participation each attended week
Monthly Pokémon Challenge
If a Challenge is held during League Night:
• Separate entry fee
• League & Premium Members receive their $3 discount
• Challenge counts as weekly participation
• You earn your weekly promo pack as normal
Pokémon Cups & Prereleases
League Members and Premium Members always receive:
• $3 off Cup entry
• $3 off Prerelease entry
• $3 off Challenge entry
Weekly $8 players pay standard pricing.s
