About this Event
Weekly Men’s Group
Our weekly men’s group offers a supportive space to speak freely, share your experiences, and receive perspective through a therapeutic lens. Whether you're processing something personal or simply need to be heard, these rooms are designed to hold you without judgment.
In addition to conversation and healing, we also provide access to community resources as they become available to us, including job opportunities, second chance programs, and support for basic needs.
We make no guarantees, but we do our best to create room for you — room to feel, room to grow, and room to connect. This is not a perfect space, but it is an intentional one. A space to be seen, supported, and reminded that you're not alone.
Doors open at 7:00 PM. The group runs from 7:30 PM to 8:30 PM.
Please Note:
Coffee, Hip-Hop & Mental Health is not a crisis center or licensed therapy provider. While we create space for healing and peer support, all participants are encouraged to seek professional mental health care when needed.
Photos and video may be taken during the group to document and promote our work. By attending, you consent to the possibility of being recorded or photographed, unless you notify a team member before the group begins.
